Participating candidates are expected to be prepared for placement in their selected role with Ready to Work employer partners only. Candidates seeking employment elsewhere will neither be eligible for the certificate of completion from our educational institution partners nor national certification exam facilitation from Ready to Work.

Our University Partners
All recruits who complete the program receive a certificate of completion from one of our top university partners!
Plus, you can also achieve nationally-recognized certification.
IMPORTANT: A Certificate of Completion from the associated educational institution partner will issue once Candidate has been placed with a Ready to Work employer partner and continuously employed with the same employer for no less than 90 days. Candidates will also be eligible to sit for the related national certification exam once this requirement is met.
